Kristen Ashley is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author known for crafting compelling romance novels. She has written over 90 books, including series such as Rock Chick, Colorado Mountain, Dream Man, Chaos, Unfinished Hero, The ’Burg, Magdalene, Fantasyland, The Three, Ghost and Reincarnation, Moonlight and Motor Oil, Honey, Dream Team, and River Rain. Two of her novels have even been adapted into films.

Born in Gary, Indiana, Kristen grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana. She is a fourth-generation graduate of Purdue University and has lived in Denver, the West Country of England, and currently resides in Phoenix. Her early career included 18 years as a charity executive before she began publishing independently.

Across her novels, the key themes of friendship, family, and sisterhood are consistently highlighted. To extend these themes beyond her stories, Kristen founded the Rock Chick Nation, a community initiative to empower women and support them through various events and programs. These include Rock Chick Rendezvous, Rock Chick Recharges, and Rock Chick Rewards, which have together donated nearly $200,000 to various charitable causes.
