Florencia Bonelli is an Argentinian author known for her romantic novels. Born on May 5th, 1971, in Córdoba, Argentina, she initially pursued a career in Economics and became a certified public accountant. However, her career took a dramatic turn after reading The Arab by Edith Hull, which inspired her to pursue writing professionally.
Bonelli's breakthrough came with the publication of her epic novel in two volumes, Indias Blancas (2005), a captivating story about indigenous people and Creoles that crossed international borders. Her historical novels have consistently topped sales rankings in Argentina and internationally. Her works have been published in Spain, Germany, Portugal, and throughout Latin America.
