William Lane Craig is an American analytic philosopher, Christian apologist, author, and theologian. He is currently a visiting professor of philosophy at the Talbot School of Theology of Biola University and was also a professor of philosophy at Houston Christian University until 2024.

Craig has notably updated and defended the Kalam cosmological argument for the existence of God. He has published numerous works arguing in favor of the historical plausibility of the resurrection of Jesus. His studies include divine aseity, Platonism, and culminated in his book God Over All.
