Sergio Alejandro Amira was born in Concepción in 1973. An accomplished writer and painter, Amira's creative journey began to flourish after securing the second place in the Fixion 2000 short story contest. With a renewed fervor, he fully embraced the realms of fantasy literature and has since published several novels within the genre.
His notable works include Identidad suspendida (2007), Kitsune (2014), Mad Love 500 (2015), Armórica (2016), Otherkin (2018), Yoshimi Paradox (2021), Vacío con forma humana (2022), and Cosas Imposibles (2022). Amira's literary contributions also extend to several national and international anthologies such as Visiones 2005 (2005), Años Luz, mapa estelar de la ciencia ficción en Chile (2006), Alucinaciones.TXT (2007), CHIL3 (2010), Octocéfalo (2011), and Poliedro (2007-2014).
