Sabrina Ward Harrison is a Canadian artist and author born on December 2, 1975. She is renowned for her expressive and heartfelt books, which are based on her coming-of-age journals. At the age of 22, she published her first book, Spilling Open; The Art of Becoming Yourself (Villard 1999). Her other acclaimed works include Brave on the Rocks; If You Don't Go, You Don't See (Villard 2002), Messy Thrilling Life; The Art of Figuring Out How to Live (Villard 2004), and The True And the Questions; A Journal (Chronicle Books 2005).

Currently residing in Madison, Wisconsin, Harrison is also active in the realm of creativity education, offering an online course called Liberate, which aims to inspire and empower individuals through artistic expression.
