Noelle August is the pseudonym for the collaborative work of two talented authors, Veronica Rossi and Lorin Oberweger. This pen name was conceived not just as an anagram but as a creative partnership.
Veronica Rossi is best known for her New York Times Best-selling UNDER THE NEVER SKY trilogy, which has captured the hearts of young adult readers worldwide. The trilogy's success has led its film rights to be optioned by Warner Bros. Rossi completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and now resides in Northern California with her husband and two sons. She has a penchant for dresses with pockets and harbors an affection for fluffy dogs, along with an appetite for cheese and chocolate—though she prefers to enjoy them separately.
Lorin Oberweger's foray into storytelling began with captivating her first-grade class with fabricated tales of her summers spent on a kibbutz in Israel—a country she had never actually visited. The unraveling of her early tales during a teacher/parent night curtailed her initial storytelling experiments, but certainly not her creative spirit.
