Naoko Takeuchi (Japanese: 武内 直子, Hepburn: Takeuchi Naoko, born March 15, 1967) is a renowned Japanese manga artist. She is best known as the creator of Sailor Moon, one of the most popular manga series of all time. Sailor Moon has had a significant impact on the anime and manga industry and remains a beloved series worldwide.

Takeuchi has been recognized with several awards, including the prestigious 1993 Kodansha Manga Award for Sailor Moon.

She is married to Yoshihiro Togashi, the author of YuYu Hakusho and Hunter × Hunter.
