Nalini Singh

Nalini Singh is a renowned author of paranormal romance novels. Born in Fiji in 1977, she is of Indian descent and was raised in New Zealand. Singh has also experienced life in Japan, where she lived and worked for three years, using the opportunity to travel around Asia.


Since childhood, Singh has been captivated by storytelling and has always woven threads of romance into her tales, whether they be fantastical stories of princes or more grounded narratives. Her passion for creating unique characters and crafting their happy endings is matched only by her love for the voices in her head that inspire her stories.


Her breakthrough came in September 2002 when Silhouette Desire published her first book, Desert Warrior. Since then, Singh has become a prolific writer, earning numerous accolades and awards, including being listed on the New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal bestseller lists.
