Morgan Rhodes is a Canadian author best known for her young adult fantasy series, Falling Kingdoms. The series, published by Penguin Group, consists of six books: Falling Kingdoms, Rebel Spring, Gathering Darkness, Frozen Tides, Crystal Storm, and Immortal Reign. The narrative follows the intertwining lives of four teenagers—Cleo, Jonas, Magnus, and Lucia—caught in a war between three kingdoms: Auranos, Paelsia, and Limeros.

Morgan Rhodes grew up in Ontario, Canada. As a child, she dreamt of being a princess who wielded a sharp sword to save kingdoms from dragons and dark wizards. Ultimately, she chose the less dangerous path of becoming a writer. Under a different pen name, she is a national bestselling author of several paranormal novels.

In addition to writing, Morgan enjoys photography, travel, reality TV, and is an extremely picky yet voracious reader. In 2015, she expanded the universe of Falling Kingdoms with a spin-off series beginning with A Book of Spirits and Thieves.
