Meredith T. Taylor has cherished memories of spending her childhood summers along the South Carolina coast. Her passion for storytelling emerged early in her life, naturally leading her to blend her love for writing with her coastal experiences. Her debut novel, Churning Waters, is a testament to this fusion.

Meredith graduated from the College of Charleston, where she majored in Theatre and English. Apart from her writing endeavors, she is dedicated to teaching Theatre and works as a vocal coach for Musical Theatre.

Meredith continues to enjoy her summers with her husband and four daughters at Murrells Inlet, a place that holds special significance in her heart. She is also actively working on the sequel, Clashing Waters, anticipated for release in the summer of 2016.
