Larissa Ione is a USA Today and New York Times bestselling contemporary and paranormal romance author. She is published with Samhain, Red Sage, Kensington, and Grand Central Publishing under her own name. In collaboration with Stephanie Tyler, she forms one half of the writing team known as Sydney Croft, with their books published by Bantam Dell.

Before embracing her passion for writing, Ione served in the Air Force and pursued a career in meteorology. Her journey into the literary world has led to the publication of dozens of books, landing her on several bestseller lists, including the New York Times and USA Today. She has also been nominated for a RITA award. Beyond writing, Ione enjoys traveling, immersing herself in virtual realities, and watching reruns of The Big Bang Theory. She champions the idea of celebrating everything, living by the mantra that one should always have a bottle of Champagne chilled in the fridge, just in case.

Currently, she resides in Wisconsin with her retired U.S. Coast Guard husband, her son, a rescue cat named Vegas, and her very own hellhounds, a King Shepherd named Hexe and a Belgian Malinois named Duvel, along with a foster-fail German Shepherd named Fulda.
