Kenneth H. Blanchard

Kenneth Hartley Blanchard (born May 6, 1939) is a renowned American author, business consultant, and motivational speaker. He has authored more than 70 books, many of which were co-authored. His most acclaimed work, The One Minute Manager, has sold over 15 million copies and has been translated into multiple languages.

Blanchard is the co-creator, alongside Dr. Paul Hersey, of Situational Leadership, a management concept developed during their collaboration on the textbook Management of Organizational Behavior. He also serves as the Chief Spiritual Officer of Blanchard, an international management training and consulting firm that he co-founded with his wife, Marjorie Blanchard, in 1979 in San Diego, California.

Recognized as one of the most influential leadership experts globally, Blanchard's works have been translated into more than 27 languages. In 2005, he was inducted into Amazon’s Hall of Fame as one of the top 25 bestselling authors of all time.
