Julia Cameron

Julia B. Cameron is a celebrated American teacher, author, artist, poet, playwright, novelist, filmmaker, composer, and journalist. Renowned for her influential book, The Artist's Way (1992), Cameron's work spans across various genres including non-fiction, short stories, essays, novels, plays, musicals, and screenplays.


With a career spanning over thirty years, Julia Cameron has authored fifteen books, some of which are bestsellers, such as The Artist's Way, Walking In This World, and The Right to Write. Her extensive writing credits also include numerous television, film, and theater scripts. Notably, she has contributed to screenplays for Taxi Driver, New York, New York, and The Last Waltz. Additionally, Cameron wrote, produced, and directed the award-winning independent feature film, God's Will, which debuted at the Chicago International Film Festival.
