Chief Joseph Modupe Johnson CFR, was a distinguished Nigerian politician and Federal Cabinet Minister. He was born on 30 March 1912 and passed away on 15 June 1987.
During his career, Johnson held prominent positions in the Nigerian government, including serving as the Federal Minister for Labour, Welfare, & Sports from 1959 to 1964. Prior to this, he was the Federal Minister of the Interior from 1957 to 1959.
