Jon McGregor

Jon McGregor is a British novelist and short story writer. In 2002, his first novel, If Nobody Speaks of Remarkable Things, was longlisted for the Booker Prize, making him the youngest-ever contender at the time. The novel also won the Betty Trask Prize and the Somerset Maugham Award in 2003.

His second novel, So Many Ways to Begin, published in 2006, was also longlisted for the Booker Prize. In 2012, his third novel, Even the Dogs, received the International Dublin Literary Award.

His fourth novel, Reservoir 13, published in 2017, continued his success with yet another Booker Prize longlist nomination. The New York Times has referred to him as a "wicked British writer".
