Jessica Shirvington, née Pagent, is an Australian author best known for her book series Embrace, also called The Violet Eden Chapters. She is also the author of the standalone novel Between the Lives and the duology Disruption.

An entrepreneur, author, and mother, Jessica resides in Sydney, Australia. She was a finalist for Cosmopolitan’s annual Fun, Fearless Female Award in 2011 and 2012. Jessica met the love of her life, Matt Shirvington, a former Olympian and current sports broadcaster, at the age of seventeen.

They have been married for twelve years and have three children: two daughters, Sienna and Winter, and a son. This early romance and its longevity have significantly influenced how she tackles relationships in her young adult novels.
