Jeff Jensen is an American writer and journalist, known for his extensive work in the entertainment industry. Jensen's career took off at Entertainment Weekly, where he served as a staff writer from 1998 and later became the publication's television critic, a position he held until September 2017.
His talent and creativity were prominently displayed in the graphic novel Green River Killer: A True Detective Story, published by Dark Horse Comics in 2011. This remarkable work, created in collaboration with artist Jonathan Case, earned them an Eisner Award in 2012. Jensen's storytelling also transitioned to prose with his first novel, Before Tomorrowland, a prequel to the film co-written with Case, which was released on April 7, 2015.
