Isabel Waidner is a renowned German-British writer and cultural theorist renowned for their innovative and boundary-pushing work. Based in London, Waidner has penned four novels, including Corey Fah Does Social Mobility (2023), Sterling Karat Gold (2021), We are Made of Diamond Stuff (2019), and Gaudy Bauble (2017). Their novel We are Made of Diamond Stuff was a contender for the prestigious 2019 Goldsmiths Prize, and Sterling Karat Gold was honored with the Goldsmiths Prize in 2021.
As an editor, Waidner has contributed significantly to literary discourse through the anthology Liberating the Canon: An Anthology of Innovative Literature (2018).
