Guillaume Musso

Guillaume Musso (French pronunciation: [ษกijom myso]; born 6 June 1974) is a French novelist, renowned as one of the most popular contemporary French authors. From his early childhood filled with reading books and plays, Musso became convinced that one day, he too would write novels.

After finishing high school in France, Musso left for the United States at the age of 19. He spent several months in New York City, living with other young foreigners and earning money by selling ice-cream. He returned to France with his head filled with ideas for novels. The influence of his time in the United States can be seen as the action in his books often takes place overseas.

He currently teaches in a high school in the south of France while continuously working on his novels.
