Elizabeth Haydon

Elizabeth Haydon is an American fantasy author, born in 1965. She has gained popularity for her two fantasy series set within the same universe: the fantasy/romance/whodunit fusion called The Symphony of Ages and the young adult series The Lost Journals of Ven Polypheme.

Aside from her writing, Elizabeth is an accomplished herbalist, harpist, and madrigal singer. She has a deep interest in anthropology and folklore, hobbies that often influence her writing. Currently, she resides on the East Coast of the United States.

Her debut novel, Rhapsody: Child of Blood (1999), was well-received and drew comparisons to established authors like Goodkind, Jordan, and even Tolkien.
