Danelle O'Donnell lives in Western Pennsylvania with her husband and three boys. She wrote, edited, and published her debut novel, "New Zigon - The Founder's Curse" in 2014, at age 44.

With 20 years of experience in Information Technology, she also owns her own arts and crafts business.

Her journey as an author began with a decade of working on the science fiction and back story for New Zigon before she finally sat down to write. Once she put 'pen to paper' or 'fingers to keyboard,' the story quickly came together and was finished in six weeks, though editing took much longer.

She often humorously mentions that she is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up!
