Christopher Rice

Christopher Travis Rice is an acclaimed American author born on March 11, 1978. He made his fiction debut in 2000 with the bestselling novel A Density of Souls, and he has since authored several other novels including The Snow Garden, The Heavens Rise, The Vines, as well as the Burning Girl series. His writing spans a variety of genres such as suspense, crime, supernatural thriller, and erotic romance.

Rice is also known for his collaboration with his mother, Anne Rice, with whom he co-authored the historical horror novels Ramses the Damned: The Passion of Cleopatra and its sequel Ramses the Damned: The Reign of Osiris.

He is the recipient of the Lambda Literary Award and is a New York Times and Amazon Charts bestselling author. In addition to writing, Christopher is an executive producer for television and runs the production company Dinner Partners with his best friend and producing partner, Eric Shaw Quinn. Among other projects, they produce the podcast and video network TDPS.
