Tex Watson, born Charles Denton Watson, Jr. in 1945, is an American figure most infamously recognized for his role in the Manson Family murders. Watson moved to California, where he eventually became one of Charles Manson's most loyal followers. His involvement in the 1969 Tate-LaBianca murders, a series of brutal killings carried out under Manson's directives, led to his conviction and life imprisonment.
