Catherine Anderson

Catherine Anderson, born Adeline Catherine, is an American best-selling writer known for her historical and contemporary romance novels. She was born on December 22, 1948, in Grants Pass, Oregon, USA. Catherine's passion for writing was inspired by her mother, and she achieved early recognition when a professor showcased her creative writing in class. Her career took off in 1988 when she sold her first book to Harlequin Intrigue, after which she authored several more, venturing into single-title historical and contemporary romance novels.

Throughout her career, Catherine has been acclaimed for her engaging storytelling and complex characters. She married Sidney D. Anderson, an industrial electrician and entrepreneur, and together they have two sons.
