Ann Voskamp

Ann Voskamp is a Canadian author, blogger, and memoirist known for her writings on Christian women's spirituality. She is the author of several books, including the New York Times bestseller, One Thousand Gifts: A Dare to Live Fully Right Where You Are, as well as The Broken Way: A Daring Path Into the Abundant Life and WayMaker: Finding the Way to the Life You’ve Always Dreamed Of.

Ann is a farmer's wife and a mother to seven children. She is also a home-educator and an advocate for needy children through Compassion International. Recognized by Christianity Today as one of the fifty women most shaping culture and the church, Ann's influence extends through her widely-read online journal, which is celebrated for its vulnerability and ability to find sacred beauty in everyday life.

Ann describes herself as a "loser of library books, a stirrer of soup, a loud laugher, a kid snuggler, a Jesus lover, and honestly, a bit of a mess." However, she emphasizes that grace is the most amazing of all.
