Amy Greene

Amy Elizabeth Greene is an American novelist. She was born on October 2, 1975. Her debut novel, Bloodroot, was a national bestseller and received critical acclaim for its vivid depiction of Appalachian life and complex characters. Greene's second novel, Long Man, was published in March 2014 and continued to establish her reputation as a significant voice in contemporary American literature. Besides her novels, she is a contributor to The New York Times and other prestigious publications.
