Zoë Elizabeth Sugg, also known by her online name Zoella, is an English media personality, entrepreneur, and author. She embarked on her career as a YouTuber in 2009, rapidly gaining over 10 million subscribers thanks to her engaging content. Zoë's influence extends beyond the digital sphere; in 2014, she launched the Zoella Beauty range of cosmetics, complemented later by a homeware line. These ventures reported a combined annual revenue of £3.8 million in 2019.
Her literary debut, Girl Online, was published in November 2014, setting a record for the highest first-week sales by a first-time novelist. Zoë continued to expand her bibliography with two sequels to Girl Online, alongside a non-fiction work, Cordially Invited.
