Yusuke Kishi

Yusuke Kishi (貴志 祐介, Kishi Yūsuke) is a renowned Japanese author, born on January 3, 1959. He is a celebrated member of the Mystery Writers of Japan and the Honkaku Mystery Writers Club of Japan.

Kishi graduated from Kyoto University with a degree in Economics. After a successful career at a life insurance company, he pursued his passion for writing as a freelancer. Kishi has earned the distinguished Japan Horror Novel Award twice, demonstrating his prowess in the genre.

His works have achieved bestselling status in Japan, with multiple adaptations for the screen. Notably, The Crimson Labyrinth marked his American debut. Among his accolades are:
