Hi, my name is Verna Humphrey and I am the author of three stories.

My first story is featured in the book of "Hillbilly Tales of the Smoky Mountains." It is called THE RETURN TO GREEN COVE. It is based right after the Civil War and is a light romance.

My second story is called SMALL TOWN GIRL and is a short story featured in a second book called "Past Present and Promises." This story features a young woman searching for her own identity while trying to put behind a horrible past.

My current story is featured in "Southern Mystical Moments" and it is called MAGIC under THE WILLOW TREE and the story focuses on voodoo in Louisiana.
