Tricia Copeland believes in finding magic. She thinks magic infuses every aspect of our lives, whether it is the magic of falling in love, discovering a new passion, viewing a beautiful sunset, or reading a book that transports us to another world.
An avid runner and Georgia native, Tricia now lives with her family and four-legged friends in Colorado. Her literary works span multiple genres, including contemporary romance, fantasy, and dystopian fiction.
Triciaβs first series stems from her experience of discovering inner strength, reflected in her new adult romance/coming of age series "Being Me." This series follows a college co-ed named Amanda as she navigates first love and intense personal tragedy, inspired by Tricia's own experiences with overcoming anorexia.
Her latest romance series, initially under her pen name Maria Jane, includes "Perfect", "Perfect Always", "As Close to Perfect", and "Perfect Office Pact" featuring diverse multicultural characters.
In her dystopian and paranormal novels, such as "Lovelock Ones" and "Drops of Sunshine", Tricia explores themes of identity and magic. Her historical fantasy "Azreya, Aztec Priestess" delves into Aztec mythology.
Tricia's award-winning "Kingdom Journals Series" and "The Realm Chronicles" feature fascinating tales of witches, curses, and fantastical creatures. Her publishing company, True Bird Publishing LLC, has been releasing her works since 2015.
