Tommy Tenney is an American preacher and author, renowned for his message of "God Chasers." In his book The God Chasers (1998), Tenney shares experiences of being "in the presence of God," including a notable event where a pulpit was reportedly divinely split in two. He advocates for every Christian to pursue an intimate relationship with God, suggesting that supernatural occurrences are a natural outcome of this pursuit.

Tommy Tenney has authored over fifty books and workbooks, including Hadassah: One Night with the King with Mark Andrew Olsen. This work was later adapted into a film titled "One Night with the King" in 2006. He is also the CEO of GodChasers.net, which has offices in Pineville, Louisiana, operating under its parent company, HDE.
