Tom McNab

Tom McNab was a distinguished association football player, known for his contributions to the sport in New Zealand. He was born on July 15, 1933 and passed away on April 5, 2006.

During his career, McNab represented New Zealand at an international level and was noted for his leadership as he captained an Auckland select side against the visiting Manchester United team in 1967. His debut for the All Whites was in a match against Australia on November 5, 1967, which ended in a 3-5 loss. McNab concluded his international playing career with five A-international caps, with his final appearance being a 0-0 draw against New Caledonia on July 25, 1969.
