Suzy Welch is a renowned American author, television commentator, business advisor, and public speaker. She is widely recognized for her collaboration with her late husband, Jack Welch, on the international bestsellers Winning (2005) and The Real Life MBA (2015).

Suzy is a graduate of both Harvard University and Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar. She has worked with Bain & Company and served as the editor of the Harvard Business Review.
