Suzanne Enoch

Suzanne Enoch is an American author known for her best-selling contemporary and historical Regency romance novels. Born in California, she began crafting her own stories as a child and pursued her passion for writing at the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a degree in English.

Enoch's literary journey commenced in the romantic fantasy genre, but she soon transitioned to writing Regency romances. Her debut novel, The Black Duke's Prize, was published by Avon in 1995. In 2002, she took a bold step by leaving her full-time job to dedicate herself entirely to writing.

While Enoch has achieved tremendous success with her Regency romances, she ventured into contemporary romantic suspense in 2005, broadening her literary repertoire. Her novels have graced The New York Times Best Seller list, as well as those compiled by USA Today and Publishers Weekly. Enoch thrives on the creative energy that comes from writing in diverse genres, noting that "I think working in one genre replenishes my energy for the other."
