Stephen Joseph Dubner, born August 26, 1963, is a prominent American author, journalist, and podcast and radio host. He is best known for co-authoring the acclaimed Freakonomics book series, which includes titles such as Freakonomics, SuperFreakonomics, Think Like a Freak, and When to Rob a Bank. Beyond his role as an author, Dubner is the engaging host of Freakonomics Radio, captivating audiences with his insights into economics, society, and human behavior.
In addition to his work in the Freakonomics series, Dubner has penned other notable works including Turbulent Souls: Choosing My Religion, Confessions of a Hero-Worshiper, and the children’s book The Boy With Two Belly Buttons.
