Selden Spaulding Edwards, born in 1941, is an acclaimed American writer and educator. His debut novel, The Little Book, became a New York Times bestseller. In 2012, he published The Lost Prince, a sequel to his first novel. Throughout his career, he served as headmaster at several independent schools across the United States. For over forty years, he has been the secretary of his Princeton class, where he also played basketball. Currently, he resides in Santa Barbara, California.
