Sabrina Benaim (born November 30, 1987, in Toronto, Canada) is a renowned writer, performance artist, and slam poet. She gained significant recognition as a winner of the 2014 Toronto Poetry Slam.

Benaim is best known for her powerful and moving poem, "Explaining My Depression To My Mother."
