Penny Vincenzi

Penny Vincenzi was a renowned British novelist, recognized for her captivating storytelling spanning over 17 novels and two collections of stories. By 2014, her book sales surpassed seven million copies. Her journey into writing began at the tender age of nine when she created her own magazine, "Stories," which she sold at school.

After attending secretarial college, Penny started her career as a junior secretary at Vogue and Tatler magazines, later moving to the Daily Mirror as a personal assistant to Marje Proops, Britain's legendary agony aunt. Encouraged by Marje, she transitioned into fashion and beauty writing, eventually becoming a celebrated journalist and columnist.

Before her death in 2018, Penny authored several major bestsellers including Sheer Abandon, An Absolute Scandal, The Best of Times, The Decision, and A Perfect Heritage. She spent her later years residing in London.
