Michelle Quach is a graphic designer and writer living in Los Angeles, and Chicago. She's Chinese-Vietnamese-American and a graduate of Harvard University, where she studied history and literature. She has a profound love for rom-coms, characters who don't always do the right thing, and is fond of any dog resembling her own.
Her debut novel, Not Here to Be Liked, was featured as a NYTimes new and upcoming YA book to watch for, and was selected as a best book of the year by NPR, Kirkus, and Parents Magazine. Additionally, it was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children's Book Prize.
Michelle is represented by literary agents Jenny Bent and Gemma Cooper (The Bent Agency), as well as film agent Mary Pender-Coplan (UTA). Her achievements include being featured in Podcasts and Interviews, and her work has appeared in various Features & Lists.
