Eventually, she returned to her love for writing, publishing twenty-eight novels to date.
When not writing, Melanie enjoys watching Pride and Prejudice for the hundredth time with her husband and shaking her head at her slightly unhinged Jack Russell terrier. She resides in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachians near Huntsville, Alabama.
