Mauro F. Guillén is a distinguished Spanish-American sociologist and political economist, recognized for his contributions to multinational management and his insightful analysis of global trends. He serves as the William H. Wurster Professor of Multinational Management at the Wharton School and has returned to this position in 2023 after serving as the Dean of the Cambridge Judge Business School and a Fellow of Queens' College at the University of Cambridge.
Guillén's tenure at the University of Pennsylvania was marked by his role as the director of the Penn Lauder Center for International Business Education and Research, and the Anthony L.
