Mary Hoffman

Mary Hoffman is a British writer and critic, born in 1945. She has authored over 90 books, captivating audiences ranging from children to adults. One of her most renowned works is the children's book Amazing Grace, which became a New York Times best-seller with 1.5 million copies sold and was a finalist for the 1991 Kate Greenaway Medal. Between 2002 and 2012, she penned the teen fiction series Stravaganza.


Mary is also the editor of a review magazine named Armadillo for kids.
