Martin Booth (7 September 1944 – 12 February 2004) was a prolific English novelist and poet. He made significant contributions to literature not only as a novelist and poet but also worked as a teacher and screenwriter.

Booth was the founder of the Sceptre Press, through which he supported and published various poets and writers, fostering literary creativity and offering a platform for innovative voices.
