Lyssa Kay Adams is the pen name of an award-winning journalist who transitioned from telling true stories to crafting emotional romances. She is known for her passionate storytelling and her love for baseball, particularly as a diehard Detroit Tigers fan. Occasionally, she also supports the Red Sox due to her husband's Boston roots.

Residing in Michigan, Lyssa shares her home with her family and an anxiety-prone Maltese. This mischievous pet, known for stealing food and cleverly hiding it around the house, is destined to inspire a character in one of her future books.
