Liza Palmer

Liza Palmer is the internationally bestselling author of Conversations with the Fat Girl, which has been optioned for series by HBO. Library Journal praised Palmer’s works, stating her “blend of humor and sadness is realistic and gripping.”

After earning two Emmy nominations for writing during the first season of VH1’s Pop Up Video, she now admits to knowing far too much about Fergie.

Palmer’s fifth novel, Nowhere but Home, tells the story of a failed chef who decides to prepare last meals for the condemned in Texas. This novel won the Willie Morris Award for Southern Fiction in 2013. Her seventh novel, The F Word, was released by Flatiron Books on April 25, 2017.
