Kevin Hearne is a renowned American-Canadian fantasy novelist originally from Arizona, currently residing in Ontario. Born on December 9, 1970, he is best known for his bestselling series, The Iron Druid Chronicles, and other works published by Del Rey.

Hearne's literary repertoire includes The Iron Druid Chronicles, the Ink & Sigil series, the Seven Kennings trilogy, The Tales of Pell co-authored with Delilah S. Dawson, and the 2015 Star Wars novel, Heir to the Jedi.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Kevin Hearne was an English teacher in Arizona before moving to Colorado for five years. He emigrated to Canada in 2017 and proudly became a Canadian citizen in 2022.
