Kaitlin Bevis spent her childhood curled up with a book and a pen. If the ending didn’t agree with her, she rewrote it. Now, she writes her own endings, middles, and beginnings for the Daughters of Zeus series, including the best selling novel, Persephone.
She always wanted to be a writer and spent high school and college learning everything she could to achieve that goal. She graduated with a BFA in Creative Writing and a Masters in Teaching English, along with an EDs in School Library Media.
Her love for reading is second only to writing her own stories. She lived, ate, and breathed authors like L. J. Smith, Christopher Pike, and R.L. Stine as a teenager. When she ran out of young adult books, she ventured into the adult section and discovered fantasy.
Following college, marriage to her high school sweetheart, and starting a family, inspiration struck from a preview for Clash of the Titans, resulting in a fully plotted novel. Two years later, Persephone was published, marking the start of her successful series.
She continues to read avidly and embraces every opportunity to learn more about the art of writing, thrilled to have achieved her dream of becoming a full-time writer.
