Joshua Rem lives in Vancouver, Canada, where he is currently self-employed. His life was a constant battle against depression until he stopped defining himself by his income and embraced his inner artist. Since he started writing The Rufino Factor, the rest of his life has fallen into place. If one knew Rem a decade (or more) ago, they would never recognize him today.
When not writing books, sneaking up on people in his electric car, or tinkering with his five computers, Rem can be found on a golf course or sim racing on iRacing.com. Animal and human rights are the issues closest to his heart, and he has a special empathy for the homeless and for those who suffer from addiction. "There, but for the grace of God, go I." In a nutshell, Rem is an unrepentant nerd with a social conscience.
