Josh Kilmer-Purcell

Josh Kilmer-Purcell is a New York Times best-selling author, known for his memoirs I Am Not Myself These Days and The Bucolic Plague: How Two Manhattanites Became Gentlemen Farmers, as well as the novel Candy Everybody Wants. His life has been featured in the reality television show The Fabulous Beekman Boys with his husband, Brent Ridge. Kilmer-Purcell has contributed articles to NPR, Huffington Post, Publishers Weekly, AdWeek, and OUT Magazine. He is also known for winning the 21st season of The Amazing Race.

He divides his time between Manhattan and his goat farm in upstate New York, known as Beekman 1802.
