Josephine Angelini is an American author best known for her young adult novel series Starcrossed. She is a #1 international bestselling author and a Massachusetts native. Josephine is the youngest of eight siblings.

She graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in theater with a focus on the classics. Presently, she resides in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
